Hi girls!
For this week’s post I’ve decided to do something more personal and fun (but still inspiring and motivating as usual!).
I’m going to show you what’s on my iPhone – iOS14 edition!
If you’re curious and you want to know what are my fav apps, keep on reading!

I currently have 2 pages on my iPhone and this is the main one.
I have 3 widgets, 2 folders, and 6 apps.
The apps on the main page are the ones I use, and need, the most.
of course, to be quick when I need to take a picture or scroll through my gallery.
these are the two messaging apps I use. (If I could, I’d delete Whatsapp but it’s used by my family members and I don’t think I can change their minds lol).
I’m very indecisive between Notes and Evernote but I keep Notes here in case I need to save something quickly. (do you have any notes app you love? share in the comments then!)
I found out about this app a few months ago and I haven’t been able to use it daily yet but I think it’s crucial to know where your money is going!
The first folder is called “Hustle” because it contains all the apps I use to run my blog and life.
If you own a blog, you probably have it hosted on WordPress. With this app, I can read your comments and also write articles (I think this feature needs some improvement).
If you were wondering how I have my private and work life organized, well… that’s thanks to Asana.
I’ve tried MANY apps and yet Asana is the only one working for me (and with me).
If you want an in-depth guide on Asana and how I use it, please let me know in the comments!
I manage all my emails through Gmail, that’s it.
As I said previously I’m trying to use Evernote but I’m not fully in love with it. (Do you have a better recommendation?)
These two apps are for time tracking. I love using Forest to have some break after every 30 minutes spent working (the more you work, the more your tree will grow!).
Toggle Track does the same thing but only tracking how much you’ve been working.
I’m a huge fan of Time Blocking and Google Calendar is my fav tool to do that! (and it’s synced on all my devices!)
If you’re subscribed to the mailing list, you’ve been receiving my emails through Mailchimp.
Next, there’s my Travel folder.
This is also on my first page to be easily accessible when I have to drive somewhere.
Yes, I have them all, lol! Waze is my favorite “maps app” if I can call it this way, it’s synched with Google and is updated thanks to the community, it’s easy to look at and really user-friendly.
Maps and Google Maps are there in case some app or my Google Assistant needs to open them.
In case you need a hotel or restaurant, this is super useful!
These are the apps for my car insurance.
In case you want to wash your car and don’t want to do it on a rainy day!!
The most appreciated features of iOS14 are widgets!
So let’s talk about which ones I have on my first page:
Whenever I can, I listen to podcasts. I do it every day when I load my dishwasher or hang my laundry, it’s the best way to “entertain” yourself while doing boring stuff PLUS you learn something new every time!
At the time I took the screenshot, I was listening to an episode of Kimberly Wenya‘s Podcast. One of my fav podcasts about manifestation! Check it out ASAP!
Here’s my mini-vision board with inspiring and motivating quotes, but if you want, you can really create your 2021 vision board and look at it every time you pick your phone!
As stated before, Asana is my personal assistant and with its widget, I can check my daily tasks easy peasy!
Here’s my 2nd (and last) page.
My day at a glance!
I’ve used this Apple app to make these 4 quick commands.
The first two are for my app Toggl, next my Notes app and then a button to activate the alarm for the next morning at 6am!
Here’s the first folder of the second page, Shop.
This app contains all my fidelity cards, easy to use and my wallet isn’t full of heavy cards anymore!
No description needed!
This is the app of my bank (which is managed by the post office)
Some kind of virtual card but I haven’t used it yet.
A great app to check the price of fuel in my area.
If you’re a wine-lover, you need this app!
You probably heard of this cashback website, but I haven’t used it yet.
Here’s the food folder, ok I’m getting hungry!
BEST shopping list app!
Supermarkets and restaurant sell leftovers (like bread, pizza, or cakes) for a cheap price, so you have great food and it doesn’t get wasted
An app I’ve recently downloaded to have your groceries delivered at home, but I haven’t tried it yet.
I think you know very well the other apps, right?!
My Tools folder is full of unused apps, but still useful enough to have on my iPhone!
Social is one my most used folders, as you can imagine.
I was looking for an app to design and plan my IG feed, I haven’t used it yet but I hope it’s the right one for me, do you have any suggestions?
This folder is called Health but it’s more of a “spiritual+health” folder.
An app full of exercises for legs and butt (as the name says, in Italian).
This alarm is one of a kind, you might have to solve difficult math problems to stop the alarm, or take a picture of your milk box. If nothing else works, try Alarmy!
A cute cleaning app, for useful tips and motivation!
My period tracking app, the best app so far.
Covid-19 tracking app
Law of attraction tools and games
Probably my fav meditation app.
It syncs to my Xiaomi bracelet.
An amazing sleep tracker and alarm.
Easy way to find all the stars and planets in the sky, I love love love it!
Recipe app, haven’t used it yet.
Created by “The Secret” is awesome for your daily gratitude and affirmations!
A habit tracker, well I don’t have the habit to use it yet, lol.
This folder speaks for itself, the only app I’d like to talk about is…
If you want to backup your photos, without paying a buck, this is my recommendation!
I’ve been using it for years and I’m not going to change it!
Here’s the Fun folder, which is all about “entertainment”.
Music, Movies/Tv Series and books, that’s all I need.
Plus, Twitch which is where I stream daily!
I’m a gamer, so I need to play Games when I’m bored!
This is a must when I play Animal Crossing: New Horizons with my friends!
Here’s the widget page (or whatever, I don’t remember the name).
I have never used it that much and with iOS14 it has become quite useless!
Wow, that was a long article!
If you’ve read it all, I hope you enjoyed it!
