Quit focusing on what you don’t want/have
Being grateful for what you have right now, is the key to manifest anything!
The more you focus on what you don’t want, the more you will receive, and so on.
Start your day with a grateful heart and a smile on your face, and your life will start to change for the better!!!
Quit making excuses
Today you might have not worked out because you were too busy, too tired, etc… These are all excuses you tell yourself to not do something that is good for you.
“If it is important to you, you will find a way. If not, you’ll find an excuse”.
“I’ll do it tomorrow” does it sound familiar to you? I bet it does and I used to, too!
An easy way to stop procrastinating is to have your life planned. Stick to your plans and you won’t procrastinate anymore.
Quit trying to please others
Stop trying to be the daughter your parents want you to be, stop trying to “fit in”. Be yourself and be the freaking unique human being you are!
Pleasing others is going to make you live a life you don’t want and I’m here to make you life your dream life, instead!
