Try this test: tomorrow, as you wake up track what you do during the day, every little thing, till you go to sleep.
This way you will see how many hours you spend doing things that aren’t useful for your goals neither for your vibration.
Digitally, like your phone or PC and physically, like your car, your wardrobe etc…i’ve talked about decluttering a million times, you know what you gotta do!
Limit your goals
Having many goals to achieve at the same time can be really stressful and can lead to procrastination!
Make a list of your goals and choose one or two to focus on and as soon as you’ve attained them, switch to the others. This way you have clearer focus and you’re more likely to slay those goals.
