5 Wunderlist Alternatives

7 Marzo 2020 by Nadia Lascia un commento

Among all the useful to-do apps on the stores, Wunderlist is one of the most loved and, unfortunately, it is going to “die” on the 6th of May 2020.
After this not-so-great news, many people have found themselves with this question “What to do now?“.

Don’t worry girl I got your back with 5 (amazing) Wunderlist alternatives!

Before starting with the list, I recommend checking out my 5 To-Do List Apps to raise your productivity article. It might already suggest the right app for you, so after reading that one come back here for more suggestions.

ASANA

iOs – Android – Web Free/Freemium

If you work on your own or you have a team, Asana could be the right app for you.
Asana allows you to create projects, teams (and add members) and manage everything. You can assign tasks to each team member and see in real-time how they’re progressing. You can see your tasks in different views (list, kanban, calendar etc…) so you can adjust it the way you like it.

REMEMBER THE MILK

iOS – Android – Web Free/Premium

RTM is, maybe, the first to-do app to be created and (surprisingly enough) it is constantly updated.
If you want a userfriendly system and don’t care about the fancy look but you want an app that goes straight to the point (that is GSD), I think you should, at least, give it a try!
ps: it’s the app with most integrations I know (more 2.000 apps!!!)

THINGS 3

*If you’re not an Apple user please skip this*
Unfortunately, I haven’t had the chance to try this app myself but I know many people who use it and love it, that’s why I’m recommending it.
Things 3 is 10 years old and has had all the time needed to perfect it and make it one of the greatest to-do apps out there.
Some of the remarkable features of T3 are: the tasks may have both deadlines and schedule dates; the “upcoming” and “anytime” sections can make it easier for you to schedule tasks and don’t get overwhelmed; the “logbook” shows you ALL your tasks in the same place and organized in a list so that you can sort them out easily.

TRELLO

iOS – Android – Web Free/Premium

Trello is the first app to introduce the “kanban boards”:

A kanban board is an agile project management tool designed to help visualize work, limit work-in-progress, and maximize efficiency (or flow). Kanban boards use cards, columns, and continuous improvement to help technology and service teams commit to the right amount of work, and get it done!

quote from atlassian.com

As Asana, Trello has great team collaboration features and its easy to use interface has made it one of the most successful apps of 2018.

NOTION

iOS – Android – Web Free/Premium

How do I describe Notion? It is a to-do app but also SO much more…
You can use Notion for your notes, tasks, recipes, spreadsheets, projects, databases and anything your mind might want to create, literally.
I’m currently using Notion for my brainstorming, my projects and my yearly/quarterly/monthly/weekly and daily planning.

Which of these apps has caught your attention? Did you know some of them? Let me know in the comments below!

xoxo
