I recently got my tonsils removed and that is why I’ve been kinda MIA…but what matters the most is that I’m here, today, because 2018 is almost over and even though I’m ending this year in the most painful way (but I know that I’m going to be more healthy in 2019!), I want to help you to get prepared for the new year with a RESET ROUTINE to have a fresh and focused beginning of the year!!!
If you’re excited, keep on scrolling…
Before talking about the practical stuff, I think the most important thing is to sit down, grab a piece of paper with a pen (or open the note app on your phone) and write down the answer to this crucial question:
✧ How do I want to feel and be in this 2019?
E.g. “I want to feel grateful and surrounded by abundance.”
Write down all the things you want to feel in the next year, by doing so you’re making a blueprint for the next step…
✧ What are my goals in 2019? What am I going to be focused on?
E.g. “I want to become a life coach and I’m going to be focused on finding all the resources to reach that goal.”
Make a list with all your goals and add a due date, don’t let yourself procrastinate!
Be specific as much as you can.
Right now, even if you haven’t realized it yet, but while doing these exercises you’re raising your vibe, aligning to the level of manifestation and it feels soooo good, right? But we’re not done yet!
✧ What good habits do I want to cultivate in 2019? What bad habits I want to let go?
Make a double list: e.g. “I want to meditate every morning” | “I want to stop looking at the phone first thing in the morning”.
Why not start new habits in the new year and get rid of the negative ones?!
✧ Clear space, clear mind
Cleanse your physical and digital space from all the clutter that is not going to help you have a laser focus in the new year.
Start with decluttering your house (choose just three areas of your home for this), removing everything that doesn’t make you feel good and you haven’t used in the last 6 to 12 months (you’re not going to need it, I swear!)
I talked about the digital space too, so organize your apps on your phone and PC:
e.g. remove apps you haven’t used in a long time (your iPhone can tell you which are the apps you’ve used the least), put apps in folders for an easier and quicker access, organize your cloud service and back up everything for a digital fresh start!
✧ Make a Vision Board
Now that you’ve got all onto paper, it’s time to make it stand out and able to remind you every day of your goals and that’s by making a Vision Board!
You can make it a digital image to use on your phone or PC as wallpaper: find all the pictures and quotes that can represent your goals and all the things you’ve written down so far, make a collage out of it with all the high vibes images you’ve found and everytime you’ll look at it, feel how you are feeling right now!!!
Now that you have all the tools to get ready for a successful, high vibe and productive 2019, go and follow all those steps in the last few days in 2018! I’m doing the same thing with you, so please share your reset experience in the comment section below or on Instagram by tagging @thecreamybunny!
