When I was 6 years old, on my birthday, one of my uncles gave me as a gift a “secret diary”, it was my first one and I treasured it for so many years and I still have it.
Writing on it helped me emptying my mind and my heart from all the thoughts and emotions, it was therapeutic.
We are all grown up but it can still work, that’s why I’m here to talk about journaling and 10 ideas on what to write about.
1. Morning Pages
Morning pages are three pages of stream of consciousness to write every morning, but I’ve talked more specifically on this post.
Use your journal to put on paper all your thoughts, all your ideas… one of them could be a million dollars idea 😉
