Hello Girl Bosses,
I’m here today to talk about a topic that’s really important for me (and it should be for you too)… to-do lists.
Every time I make a list and one by one I put the checkmark on it I have a feeling of accomplishment, I feel victorious…I just feel GREAT!
Using a pen and a piece of paper is the “standard” way to do it, but in 2018 I think we should try to go as paperless as we can, so why not go digital?
Our phones and our tablets are the perfect companions to help us be more productive, so why don’t we use them?!
In this post, I will show you 5 popular apps for To Do Lists so you can choose from these ones and start checking things off your lists!
Shall we start?

This app is pretty new, it was released on the 19th of April 2017 and it was made by the same team of Wunderlist (another great app that I will show you later).
What I love about this app is how it is user-friendly. You learn how to use it the first 5 seconds you open the app! You just write what you need to do, press enter and *ding* it’s there!
You can create separate categories to have all your tasks organized the way you want, easy peasy!
I have tried many apps (other than the ones I’m showing you today) but this one is the most simple and easiest to use in my opinion!

Any.Do is very similar to Microsoft To Do and I have used it for quite a long time and the main difference between these two apps is that Any.Do is not only a to-do list app, but it has also a calendar! Two pigeons with one stone!
This app has a minimalistic look and it goes straight to the point! The only downside for me… the premium version is not for free!
Why did I uninstall it? Well, as a calendar I prefer Google Calendar so I thought it was a waste to use it only for the to-do list feature…

If you like the “post-it” style, you are going to like the look of Google Keep.
Google Keep is like a board where you can “pin” all your notes and have them in different colours.
A great feature is for the location-based reminder.
Need to buy groceries? When you’re near a supermarket, the app reminds you to buy the things you put in the list… smart!

The last two apps are really similar and are used by the most successful people.
Why people choose todoist? Todoist is a mix of all the previous apps (except for Google Keep since its style is quite unique). It lets you make lists, add labels, filters, make different projects to have everything there.
Calling todoist “a to-do list app” is not right because it is more than that… way more!

Maybe I shouldn’t talk about this app since it’s not going to be updated anymore… it’s a “zombie” app.
But I think that you could still use it without any issue.
Wunderlist is, in my opinion, better than Todoist because it’s easier to manage the folders, lists etc… The graphic is more customizable and, of course, it’s FREE!
Let me know in the comments which app you are using or you are going to download.
