Rose Quartz also called the Love Magnet
and it is easily recognizable for the soft pink colour.
This stone is the first type I ever owned and it is, indeed, the one I’ve worked with the most.
Chakra
The first thing to know about every stone is “What chakra does it work with?” and, as you may guess by now, Pink Quartz works with the Heart Chakra.
This means that the Rose Quartz is the stone of unconditional Love.
I’m not just talking about Romantic Love, but all kinds of love: Love for yourself, for your family, your friends and, of course, for your special one!
Its Powers
Rose Quartz releases all the blocks in the 4th chakra, bringing peace, compassion, forgiveness and peace.
You need a Rose Quartz if you:
- suffer from depression
- are looking for your soulmate
- are suffering from a broken heart
- are insecure
- are stressed
- need to feel better about yourself, your relationships and the world.
How to use
The first thing to do when you buy a stone is cleansing it, removing all the existent bad energy so that you can program it for your purposes.
Now that your quartz is ready to help you, how can you “use” it?
You can keep it in your pocket, your purse when you’re at work or running errands.
You can wear it as a piece of jewellery. FYI I prefer wearing it as a necklace, keeping it close to my heart!
You can keep a big druse on your bedside table to soak up the stone’s energy while you sleep, especially when you’re with your lover!
